Delete your CapWords Android account and data
Delete your CapWords Android account and data
Effective date: October 16, 2026.
This page applies to CapWords accounts in the Android app provided by HappyPlan. It does not delete your Google account, Apple ID or iOS iCloud content.
Request deletion by email
Send an email from the address associated with your CapWords account to support@happyplan.tech, with the subject “Delete my CapWords account”. State that you use Android and request deletion of your CapWords account and associated data. We verify ownership before processing the request. If you cannot access your account email or the app, explain the issue to support. Never send passwords, verification codes or payment-card information. We handle requests in accordance with applicable law.
Delete in the Android app
Open Profile and account management, select Delete Account and follow the confirmation prompts. Deletion is irreversible; export any content you want to keep first. If deletion is pending or interrupted, reconnect and use Continue deletion, or contact support if it cannot complete.
What is deleted
Account deletion removes the account's cloud media, application account and associated synchronized records, authentication identity, and the signed-in account's learning data on the device performing deletion. Other offline devices, device backups, exported files and copies you shared require separate handling; deleting a cloud account does not guarantee erasure of all such copies.
What may remain
Minimal account-retirement identifiers, deletion request timestamps, completion state and hashed deletion receipts can remain for recovery of interrupted deletion, preventing account resurrection and security. These records are not a retained learning collection. The current mechanism does not automatically expire all retirement and receipt records; contact support with requests about them. Backups, transaction, security and provider records may remain under their separate retention cycles or where required for law, accounting, fraud prevention or disputes. See the Privacy Policy.
Cancel subscriptions separately
Account deletion does not cancel a Google Play subscription. Open Google Play → profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → CapWords → Cancel subscription, or follow Google's instructions. Use the Google account that purchased the subscription. Requests for refunds follow Google Play procedures and applicable law.
For iOS, manage Apple subscriptions and iCloud content using Apple controls; Android account deletion does not manage them. Contact HappyPlan at support@happyplan.tech for assistance.
